Tiburon offers one-piece frames for both the Shimano TLD-20 and TLD-30 2-speed reels. The compact size and light-weight construction of these reels have made them very popular with the stand-up big game crowd. To combat the potential problem of graphite frame failure when fished beyond the design parameters of the reels, we have designed a super-strong, light weight aluminum frame. A standard frame (Mag 30) with top crossbar and lugs (pictured at left).

Tiburon's frame conversions for the TLD-20 and TLD-30 allow you to fish as much drag as desired without damaging the reel frame. The TLD-20 conversion kit is specially designed for the live bait crowd or jig fisherman. The elimination of the top crossbar and harness lugs reduces weight and allows the angler to cast baits and jigs easily (pictured at right).

Tiburon TLD-20 and TLD-30 kits are simple to install and come complete with reel clamps and stainless steel mounting hardware. Tiburon TLD frames are hard anodized with a black satin finish. Complete your upgrade using Tiburon's oversize drag plate and precision spool bearing kits.
